FREE SECTION
1- Honor above all . Personal feelings have no place in the Honor of Lara. All Free will put the good of Lara above themselves.

2- All Free are encouraged to make use of the slaves. That does not mean you have to fur them but take a serve now and then even if you dont desire it.
The only way the slaves will get better is to do.

3- If there is a problem with a slave take it to the owner. If the girl belongs to the city take it to Ubar directly. If the Ubar isn't here then directly to the Ubara, First Sword or Second Sword.
These are the only ones that at this time are allowed to deal with city matters.

4- Any Free may petition the High council to hear any complaints about Lara or any of its members.

5- Respect the others within the city. You do not have to like everyone but respect them as they will respect you.

6- The disciplining of slaves is encouraged to be left to the slaves owner as to show them respect. If a slaves actions need immediate attention, punish and then inform its owner in a scroll. If the slave is not your property, do not mark or mar the slave.

7- Veils and robes optional to all residents and visiters. (hears the cries of joy from all FW)

8- Any one that owns a slave is responsible for that slaves actions. And will be held accountable accordingly.

9- Understand that foreign laws DO NOT APPLY HERE, this is Lara. It does not matter how it is done anywhere else. You are not there.

10- Do Not ask a slave for their restrictions. Some slaves are known to lie about them. Go directly to the Owner if You have any questions as to how a slave may be used.

11- Anyone that wishes to join Lara will have a personal interview with the Ubar and/or the High Council.

12- Assassin, Capture, Trade, and Hunting licenses will be available to visitors and guests to Lara are available from any High Council member. Any such action without a license will be considered invalid. The cost of said license will be based upon what it is your business is within these walls.

13- Free, do not treat a personal slave of anothers as yours, they are not. Respect the ownership.

14- Unless You are a member of Lara, make no attempt to take the slaves from Laras walls without seeking permission to by a ranking member of Lara in home at the time.

15- ALL disputes between the Free (Member or Guest) WILL be taken to IMs and dealt with between the two.. The slaves and visitors to Lara dont need to worry about any disputes between the Free.

16- Free Women will be afforded the same respect as to slaves at their feet.
Anyone seeking the service of a slave at the feet of a Free Male or Free Woman must wait till the slave is released or ask permission for that slave to leave their service to serve you. The only exception is of personal slaves. If the slave is in service sitting and waiting at the feet of a FM or FW and the owner of the slave wants his slave to kneel at his feet he should first ask the one she kneels before if he is finished with the slave, giving respect, then if he says yes, you may call your slave to your feet. If he requires further service you can allow the slave to service the Free and wait till that service is done then call the slave to you.

Kajirii Section
1- you are a slave, you are nothing more remember that. you own nothing, you have nothing that is not given to you. not even your name.

2- if you have a complaint you are to take it to your owner the Trainer or to the En girl,
no one else will listen and you should be gratefull for that privelage. as a slave you have no right to complain about anything.

3- slaves are to be pleasing at all times as if your life depends on it, cause it does.

4- new slaves to the city will have a 1 week period to prove the fire inside them before being allowed the honor of wearing the collar of the City of LARA.

5- the proper and only greeting order you will use is as follows
      - The Ubar-
      - The Ubara-
      - Personal Owner-
      - The First Sword-
      - The Second Sword-
      - Ubar Admin or Regemt of another home-
      - All other Free Men-
      - All Free Women-
      - en girl-
      - se girl-
      - all other slaves-

6- Do Not Lie! you will be, if you are lucky, simply be beaten for it. At worse killed for it.

7- The surrent Kennel Master/Mistress is open for hire.

8- Unless specificly told otherwise you are not to travel. And if you are allowed to travel outside of Lara without a FM or FW. This includes if another non Lara Master tells you to. Unless a Free of Lara does not ok You to travel with a non Lara Free, you will not follow. Any Free of another home that has a problem with this will be directed to the ranking member of Lara on at the time.

9- An uncollared slave is still a slave and you will be treated as such.

10- Trained slaves WILL ENTER PROPERLY. All slaves know what this means it means entering and kneeling at the feet of your Owner or your Owners Mate and if they are not present then you kneel on the serving furs and quietly ask to greet.

11- When at the feet of the Free and there are other Free that have not yet been seen to, ask the one you are serving if you may tend to the other in need. If there are no others or they are being tended to, do not ask the Free you are serving for release. When they are done with you they will release you.

1- The gates of Lara are locked at sundown. If you are not back by sundown there is a chance you will not be able to get back into the city until the rise of Lar Torvis.

2- No Free Man will couch with a slave without permission of the Owner. If she is a red silk and city owned she is open to all FM of the city.

3- If you are a Free Woman then act like one. Any Free Woman who conducts herself in a way that a slave is expected to conduct herself will be considered slave and collared.

4- Free Women must leave the city with at least 2 guards. If she can not hire her own guards she must take 2 city guards with her. Any FW that is found to have left the city without the guards will be restricted to the city for the length of time designated by the Ubar.

5-Free Women are not required to wear robes or veils within the city walls but they should observe general Gorean Laws when they leave the city walls.

6-Those who RP child characters are permitted in Lara. Children of Gor were well behaved, respectful and smart. If a child acts out it should be brought to the attention of the parents and they are given a warning. If the child acts out again after the first warning the parents are fined one silver tarsk. If there is a third episode the Ubar will administer disipline to the child. If there is another incident after that. Then the parents are asked to leave the city with the insolent child. If they do not leave the city within one hand, they will be physically tossed from the city and banned from further entrance.

7- Free women ARE NOT immune to face striping and collaring. Do not think You are. If You act like a slave You WILL become one.

8- None has authority over a slave higher then that of the slaves Owner. This is a no brainer and will NOT be tollerated. The Owner of a slave has absolute authority over that slave without question.

9- You are not banned unless I or My FS has said You are. All bans are posted at the Gates.

The Warriors of Lara are our Guards,Police and our Military. Respect their word and do as they say always. They are here to keep our city, it's citizens and guests safe. Only High Council Members and Warriors of the city are permitted within the Warriors Hall. Free Woman are not permitted in the Warriors Hall unless they are the city scribe and only when there is a meeting she needs to record. Slaves are permitted to enter to clean and do their chores and when brought in by one of those permitted inside the Hall to serve those also present during meetings and other city functions. They are not permitted inside under any other circumstances.
